The business is family-run, with Stéphanie Moulin and her son Tiephen at the helm of Les 1001 dégustations. While husband Fréderic Moulin and son Samuel run the oyster production business Les mille et une huitres.

All 4 passionate about the sea and gastronomy, they raise and select top-quality oysters to delight visitors.
