LES ANCIENNES CARRIERES D'ARTHON

Presentation

This site, with a surface area of 22 ha, and made up of wooded areas, bodies of water, ponds, lawns, and meadows, offers an interesting flora and fauna diversity, with a good number of species.
In the 1980s, the place was nicknamed "Arthon-Plage", a beach, by the locals. This exceptional natural heritage site is currently being developed to make it accessible to all.
