For a local experience not to be missed, head to Domaine des Sylphes, the historic vineyard in Les Moutiers-en-Retz

Nestled between the estuary and the ocean, this wine estate, committed to organic farming, invites you to discover the art of winemaking, the secrets of wine production and, of course, to taste its wines made from 11 carefully cultivated grape varieties, perfect for pairing with seafood and local produce in a friendly atmosphere.

Guided tours: during July and August, guided tours with commentary are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, featuring a tour of the cellar, explanations about the wine and a tasting. They last approximately 2½ hours. Whether you’re a wine lover, a fan of cultural walks or simply curious, this tour is a wonderful opportunity to meet passionate producers and learn more about a unique local craft.
