From Pornic: travel time to the departure ports
There are two main options for joining Marine & Loire cruises: Nantes or Saint-Nazaire. Here are the travel times by car, which will help you plan your trip:

Pornic → Nantes: approximately 47 to 56 minutes for 49 to 53 km depending on the route
Pornic → Saint-Nazaire: approximately 29 to 34 minutes for 29 to 34 km depending on the route taken
