Located opposite Pornic's old port, the beautiful Gourmalon villas and with a magnificent view of the Castle, Marius à la belle étoile is a new gourmet restaurant that opened its doors in July 2023.

Located on the top floor of the Marius restaurant (formerly the Casino du Môle), Marius à la belle étoile offers a unique experience ‘under the stars’.

Chef Gildas Sibiril invites you to sample a unique menu featuring 5 and 7 inspirations. An invitation to travel takes you from Pornic to the Mediterranean, where the cuisine expresses itself freely: the promise of an immersive taste experience where exceptional dishes become real works of culinary art.

In this new and totally unusual venue, between the land, the sea and the stars, you can discover and enjoy a committed and authentic gastronomic dinner.

The refined atmosphere, harmonious decor and delicate, subtle aromas of the food and wine pairings are sure to delight your senses.
