Mélanie Daspremont, a salt worker in the Breton marshes, produces exquisite tasting salts (fleur de sel, coarse salt, flavoured salts...) from her Bourgneuf salt marsh in Villeneuve-en-Retz.

Is it possible to visit the saltworks?  
The Ileau salt works is not easily accessible, which is why Mélanie does not offer guided tours.
