The "Eveil tango et autres danses" association, known for its work with senior citizens to prevent loss of independence through dance, is setting up a monthly workshop for carers of a dependent pe
This is a café-music and dance event designed to give carers a moment's respite.

The workshop is run by Tchikala Mitsunaga, a dancer-musician with a medical-social diploma, who is used to working with the elderly, people with neurodegenerative diseases and the disabled. He knows the world of dependency inside out. A discreet and understanding speaker, he is keen to listen to the people who come to this workshop, so they can confide in him or share their worries about life as a carer.

The workshop will include moments of conviviality, music and song, as well as moments of movement through dance adapted to the elderly.

Activities reserved for "Carers of dependent persons" living in one of the 15 communes of the Pornic Agglo agglomeration.
