The fitness platform consists of a 4-sided AirFit station with 4 apparatus: abs bench, lumbar bench, pull-up bar, Roman chair, an elliptical trainer, a "single push" chair, a rhythm scale and plots for the step.
An AIRFIT smartphone application allows you to view the exercises that can be performed on each apparatus, depending on the desired muscle strengthening. The place is ideal for playing sports and getting some air. You travel along the coast on the GR8, all porch to the sea while jogging. Stop for a moment to exercise!
