For a picnic, a hike, entertaining the children or a fishing trip, the Bourgneuf-en-Retz ponds are accessible all year round !
 A must-see spot in the town to discover with the family !

 The pond site offers the following facilities for free use :
  • 5 picnic tables
  • slides and outdoor games accessible to children aged 2 to 12 two boules courts
  • a one-hour fitness trail with various exercise equipment
  • a book box so you can read in the shade of the trees
  • lovely walks to enjoy at your own pace around the 3 ponds
 
 Practical information :
  • A large free car park is available for your convenience.
  • Public toilets are available on site.
  • The three ponds are open for fishing and walking: the first pond is approximately 2 km around, the second pond approximately 1.4 km, and the third 1.6 km. Only the third pond is not accessible for hiking all year round (you will have to wait for the winter rains to subside).
How to access the site :
  • From the Arthon-en-Retz road ; accessible by motorhome without height restrictions.
  • From the road coming down from Nantes ; accessible to vehicles under 2.10 m.
 
  To have even more fun and enjoy your day, remember to bring balloons, rackets and your picnic !
