Take a look at the Château de Grandville, whose balcony columns are reminiscent of Italian architecture, or the Château de Briord.
Did you know ? The town is located on an ancient Roman road known as the "salt route". In days gone by, the river Acheneau was a major waterway, as evidenced by the Port de La Morinière, which until the early 20th century was a busy port for barges carrying grain, wine, timber and other goods. Today, this port is the ideal place for a peaceful fishing trip.
