An independent firm with strong expertise in wealth management, we support our customers in their life annuity projects to help them age better at home.
 
Because life annuity sales can be your solution, but not the only one... your firm presents you with all life annuity solutions (sales or financial).
 
Our firm is resolutely focused on the needs of our senior customers, and offers solutions that enable them to increase the liquidity of their real estate holdings and thus increase their purchasing power while remaining in their own homes.
The different solutions are :
 
 
  •     Occupied life annuity: sale of a property while retaining the Right of Use and Dwelling, valued in the sale price - when the property is signed at the notary's office, our vendor becomes a creditor, receiving a sum of money immediately and then an annuity for the rest of his or her life. For some people, this will initially enable them to travel, improve their home, live more comfortably on a daily basis, and later to easily provide the home services they need to age well in their own home.


 
 
  •     Free life annuity: sale of a property for which the buyer does not retain the right of use, with the same terms of payment: a sum of money paid immediately (the bouquet), followed by a monthly annuity paid for life - This type of sale is often set up in conjunction with the sale of a rental property, so that senior customers no longer have to manage the property themselves.
 
  • Prêt Viager Hypothécaire: less well known and less widely used, senior homeowners take out a loan totally correlated to their age and the value of the property they own, with no health questionnaire. There are no monthly repayments - interest accrues year after year - and the total balance is realized either on resale of the property, or on the death of the owner. It's a loan granted according to a number of criteria, so it's important to meet with us to explain the players involved in this type of project and their conditions.
