The idea is to offer you a real place to live thanks to quality moments, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Come and meet Kévin, a native of Pays de Retz and a sommelier by trade. He was trained at Anne de Bretagne (La Plaine-sur-Mer) by Michèle Vételé. More recently, he was director of Château de Maubreuil (Carquefou, 44). Passionate, he enjoys his direct relationship with the winegrowers. His partner, Domaine les Hautes Noëlles (Saint-Léger-les-Vignes, 44), works 20ha biodynamically. The aim is to develop wine tourism on the Nantes-Pornic axis. Join Kévin and his team on an original wine tour!

What could we drink?

Quality wines (up to 200 references in their cellar), but not only: cocktail creations, craft beers. Their aim is to unearth lesser-known producers who offer wines of great tasting quality: will you dare to try them? 

House specialties :

• The “Sy” range of wines by the glass: Syblanc, Syrose and Syrouge
• Seaweed gin 
• The “varech” butter, acclaimed by regulars!

What could we eat? Plenty of local cheeses and charcuterie
