But who exactly are Deli and Lalo?
Lalo: At Tambouille, she makes sure everything runs smoothly: from relationships with producers to well-managed stock. By building bridges between dreams and reality, she provides the essential element for the project to take root sustainably.
Deli: Somewhere between community education and a love of good food, she believes that it’s by building things together that we create a lasting impact. At Tambouille, she channels her energy into partnerships, workshops and the ideas that bring the project to life.
