 100% organic, balanced and creative... As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, make the most of the wide terrace overlooking the ocean! 
The La Terrasse restaurant offers 2 different dietary menus every day, for lunch and dinner: Détox-Minceur and Ayurvedic, prepared with organic produce that respects the cycles of nature and the vitality of the soil and food (no pesticides, synthetic chemical fertilisers or GMOs).
 
These menus, concocted by the Chef and dieticians, represent the continuity of your treatment programme, particularly for the Silhouette, Immuno-Marine and Ojas-Ayurveda cures.
This restaurant is available on reservation, whatever your chosen cure and even if you are not taking the waters.

  • Buckwheat pancake & vegetable topping, perfect egg
  •  Chia seeds in almond milk

Example of an Ayurveda Detox dinner :
  • Cream of cauliflower soup

The terrace was a real find! Manu and Quentin serve light, creative cuisine every day. All the dishes are imaginatively prepared and the quality is excellent. There's a lot of passion and hard work behind it. Simon's service is very professional and friendly. A real asset for the hotel.

Whether it's for lunch (€22) or dinner (ayurveda or detox), Manu's cuisine is sublimated by spices. It's a culinary journey and a pleasure, just like the young chef who pampers us. A real pleasure.
