Presentation

Bistronomi'k offers a bistro atmosphere, but not a gastronomic one. Benoît and Marie-Line offer traditional, simple, and generous cuisine.

Passionate about food, the dynamic and friendly team at Bistronomi'k in Pornic will introduce you year-round to simple yet generous cuisine made with fresh local produce. Varied menus, à la carte menus, and suggestions in a bistro atmosphere will allow everyone to share a pleasant experience around a fine selection of wines.
Benoît & Marie-Line began this adventure in 2011. Over time, they have built a professional and friendly team for a moment of sharing and pleasure.

Local products: a given at Bistronomi'k!
Accessible to all, we place particular importance on local partners and the human values associated with them.
Fresh, locally sourced products are very present, with more than half of the purchases coming from local businesses, including 30% within 50 km of the restaurant: oysters, meats, vegetables, wines, beer, cheeses, and dairy products. You can taste the wines of Moulin de la Touche (Villeneuve-en-Retz) there.

What we like about Bistronomi'k
