Presentation

The priory of the benedictines of Les Moutiers-en-Retz was founded in the 11th century. This priory was sold to the parish in 1817. The parish rebuilt it, to make it the presbytery, with the old stones of the Madame church. The building was then bought by the municipality in 1978 to become the current town hall.
