Wines from Moulin de la Touche (Grolleau Gris & Rosé) : produced from a vineyard in Villeneuve-en-Retz, these wines, typical of the Pays de Retz, reflect local expertise. The Grolleau gris, with its pale yellow colour, is a fresh, fruity wine with aromas of peach and apricot, ideal with shellfish, fish or cheese.
