Immerse yourself in the world of global aviation with a guided tour of Airbus Atlantic in Saint-Nazaire—an exceptional industrial site that is unique in Europe. Over the course of two hours, go behind the scenes of Airbus aircraft production and see where the nose sections and center fuselages for the entire product range take shape.
In Saint-Nazaire, within vast, ultra-modern workshops, the most iconic aircraft in the Airbus lineup are assembled, fitted out, and tested. The entire family is represented here: from the A320—consistently one of the world’s best-selling aircraft—to the wide-body A330 and A350, true giants of the skies.

The tour combines a guided coach ride, several stops on the site, and a walking tour through the heart of the workshops, bringing you right up close to the aircraft under construction.

Practical information:
  • Booking required (up to 72 hours before the visit)
  • To book: have the following details ready for each participant: surname, first name, date and place of birth, and nationality. This information must match the details on the ID document exactly. 
  • Visitors from outside the European Union (including Switzerland) must book via email or telephone at least one month prior to the visit date. 
  • MANDATORY on the day of the visit: original ID card or passport for each participant. IMPORTANT: only valid original documents are accepted; driver’s licenses and family record books are not accepted. 
  • 2-hour guided tour in French. The route and content of the tour may vary depending on site activity.
  • Guided tour departure point: Saint-Nazaire submarine base – Boulevard de la Légion d’Honneur, near the ticket office. 
  • Tours take place in an air-conditioned coach, with several stops and opportunities to disembark along the route to enter the heart of the Airbus Atlantic workshops. 
  • Photography and filming are strictly prohibited during the tour of the facility. 
  • Closed-toe shoes required.
  • Pets not allowed.
  • For safety reasons, Airbus Atlantic does not permit visits by individuals with limited mobility or children under the age of 7; strollers are prohibited. 
  • See specific conditions for groups (20 people or more) and school groups. 
  • Please note that industrial sites may expose you to noise and/or odors for short periods.
