Located at the entrance to the Lyarne fish farm in Moutiers-en-Retz, Olivier opened his artisanal fish smoker in 2022.

In this warm and atypical site, you can buy and taste fish directly on the spot.

Products offered by Poiskaï Sud :

Tasty smoked fish (red tuna, pollack, salmon, octopus, mackerel and more depending on the season and arrivals).
Famous oysters from the Bay & elsewhere.
Delicious seafood delicacies.
Exquisite local wines.
