Once you're settled in, Maia will guide you step by step through this gourmet workshop!

  Your mission
1 - 2 - 3 - Bake! Get started on making the famous, deliciously indulgent little biscuits that accompany coffee at the Centre restaurant in Préfailles. Endlessly customisable with additions such as chocolate, vanilla or spices, these treats are sure to satisfy the palates of young and old alike. And for this workshop, Maia will reveal the name of the mystery ingredient she uses in her recipe, which is what makes these little cakes so irresistible: something with aromas reminiscent of vanilla, almond, caramel and the bitterness of cocoa...
