Discover some of the last mills in the Pays de Retz. Most of them lost their wings under the Revolution and ceased their activity at the turn of the century. Some, requisitioned during the last war, however again trained their millstones thanks to the steam engines: the mill of Comberge, located in the middle of the borough, is one of them.

Via rue de l'Horizon, then Mondésir, reach the Moulin de la Sicaudais and admire the panorama over the Boivre valley and the St-Nazaire bridge ... Note that many localities have kept the name of the mill that was there, such as the Moulin de la Vierge or the Moulin des Landes.

Please note : this circuit is also accessible by bike (1 hour) and on horseback (2 hours) except on the beach and on certain coastal paths.
