Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of permaculture and discover the art of farming in harmony with nature. The “From Garden to Kitchen” workshop invites you to a unique experience, led by Benjamin, a market gardener and chef.

What you will discover:

•   Exploring the Permaculture Vegetable Garden: Accompanied by Benjamin, discover the permaculture vegetable garden. Explore environmentally friendly cultivation methods and learn how to grow your vegetables sustainably.
•    Harvesting and Selecting Vegetables: Get your hands dirty and harvest the freshest and tastiest vegetables. Learn how to choose vegetables at their peak ripeness for optimal flavor.
•   Creative Cooking Workshop: Join us in the kitchen to concoct tasty recipes specially adapted to your harvest in a zero-waste spirit where all parts of the vegetables will be used. Discover preservation methods to prolong the pleasure of enjoying your vegetables throughout the seasons.

And take your masterpiece home with you! Each participant will have the pleasure of taking home what they have cooked, to prolong the pleasure and share these delicious creations with their loved ones.
