Lacto-fermentation is a low-tech, energy-efficient preservation method that prevents food waste and is excellent for your health!

Come and discover an ancient preservation technique that is both healthy and tasty: lacto-fermentation!

Lacto-fermented vegetables are easier to digest, rich in nutrients, good for the gut microbiota and... delicious! Cabbage becomes sauerkraut and goes well with both meat and fish
