Farm of Marais Champs

Situated in Villeneuve-en-Retz between the marsh and the bocage, the Ferme du Marais Champs has been rearing organically-farmed dairy cows and pigs for over 20 years.

In the farm shop, you'll find local products with the great taste of the Pays de Retz. The famous Tomme du Marais is made from the raw milk of 55 cows, who feed on fresh grass from the pastures for 10 months of the year and hay in winter. You'll also find the delicious sausage, made from pigs reared on the farm. The secret of this incomparable flavour is their feed, based on whey from the cheese dairy.
 
The team of 2 partners (Stéphanie and Guylain) and 4 employees (Romane, Frédéric, Romaric and Olivier) share strong common values, which you can taste when you taste the products: quality, authenticity and respect for the environment.

Here you'll find all the farm's products, as well as organic produce from the region: bread, fruit, vegetables, eggs, honeys, salts, wines, jams, fruit juices, etc. The farm's flagship product: dry sausage!
 
  A little extra from the Marais Champs farm: to find out how the cows are milked, visit the farm every Friday at 5.30pm.
