Presentation

Discover an original way to eat oysters ! The "Fleur des Ondes" boat is transformed into an "oyster boat" and welcomes you to Pornic for a convivial meal of seafood accompanied by beer, wine and local produce.
Tie up for a few moments aboard this former lobster boat from Brittany built in 1956. "Le Fleur des Ondes" is an old rigging classified as a "boat of heritage interest" that has been renovated by its new owners: Christophe, Mélanie and Denis, 3 Pornicais, natives of the area and who like to do everything that others don't !

Le Fleur des Ondes" is now a floating oyster bar moored on the Quai Leray, Place du Môle, where you can enjoy a drink (regional wines, local beers, soft drinks) and sample oysters, shellfish and crustaceans.

New for 2024 : smoked fish !

The Pornic trio offers fast, original and friendly food in a relaxed atmosphere. It's all about good food and good humour. It's a concept that's off the beaten track, and one that appeals to locals and tourists alike during the season.

A unique concept in the West of a floating establishment on the sea.
