Free guided tour of Eco Domaine la Fontaine as part of the 11th Regional Company Open Days in the Pays de la Loire

  What’s on

• A hands-on experience of market gardening: head to the garden and greenhouses, where 3,500 m² are cultivated using permaculture techniques, enabling the restaurant to achieve up to 76 per cent self-sufficiency in vegetables in some months.
• An introduction to eco-design: explore a century-old farm (1896) designed for self-sufficiency, featuring twelve rainwater-fed ponds, a wood-fired boiler room and solar panels covering 70 per cent of its energy needs.
• Meet the team: discussions with staff members who combine dual roles (chef-market gardener, yogi-healer) as they share their daily lives and answer questions.
