Discover the secrets of coffee farming and artisanal roasting with Sandrine and Christophe, artisan roasters. A member of the SPP (Certified Smallholder) association and with a workshop certified organic (Certipaq Bio), the establishment showcases exceptional estate coffees rated over 83/100 by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
During this immersive experience, you’ll learn how the careful selection of fine, fresh green coffee beans – harvested and hand-sorted at high altitude – is combined with a gentle, traditional roasting method. This technique releases the aromas to produce naturally sweet coffees, rich in amino acids and lower in caffeine (known as ‘healthy coffees’). The tour will conclude on a high note with a tour of the workshop and a tasting of a grand cru. This event is part of the Regional Company Visit Days in the Pays de la Loire.
