Presentation

The Pornic Nautical Club offers great activities for children and adults: Catamaran (light sailing) or J80 (habitable sailing).
 

This sailing course is an excellent way to share and learn to sail with other curious or passionate sailors.

Group J80 Sailing Course for Adults:

• Age: 16 years and older
• Course Duration: 3 half-days
• Dates:
  • April 13-16, 2026 - 2 pm to 4 pm
  • April 21-24, 2026 - 10 am to 12 pm

This 8-meter sailboat allows you to learn basic maneuvers, sail on all points of sail, and offers a truly enjoyable experience.
Learn to sail as part of a crew (4 to 5 crew members).
It is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced sailors!

 Practical Information

Life jackets are provided.

Recommended Equipment:

• Comfortable and flexible athletic clothing (no wetsuits)
• Sneakers
• Sunglasses with straps

Depending on the weather (rain/cold), bring:

• A waterproof jacket (waterproof overalls are a plus but will be appreciated in case of rain)
• Boots rather than sneakers
• A hat

This course will proceed subject to a minimum of 4 participants.
