Welcome to l'Alplaya!
Sandrine and William offer you traditional cuisine based on fresh, home-cooked ingredients. From the sea to the land, with a few Savoyard specialities served in the traditional way, there's something for everyone.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the team is committed to ensuring you have a great time.

Some examples of dishes on the à la carte menu for summer 2023:
  • Salmon marinated in lemon soya, coated in sesame seeds; mashed potatoes, pan-fried vegetables ratatouille style, grape tomatoes with thyme
  • Mussels Marinière
  • Mussels in Reblochon sauce
  • Diot de Savoie with white wine, creamy onion and wholegrain mustard sauce, mashed potatoes, grape tomatoes with thyme
  • Veal fondant with porcini mushroom sauce, Guérande salt grenaille potatoes
  • Le Pralin: dark chocolate dome, praline cream, homemade salted butter caramel centre and crumbled Palets Roudor Saint Michel
  • Le Gratiné: raspberry gratin, crème brûlée style
  • Ice cream from Délices de l'Air Marin (Les Moutiers-en-Retz)
