Presentation

Artisan roasters, Sandrine and Christophe master the slow and traditional roasting of new crop coffees from highland coffee estates, rated as exceptional by the SCA (the world's leading coffee rating body).
The Brûlerie de Pornic workshop is certified fair trade SPP (small farmer producers) and organic.

The roasting method used with recent European equipment is capable of releasing all the aromas to obtain coffees that are naturally sweet and less caffeinated (due to the altitude), these coffees are also very rich in amino acids.

Come and share Sandrine and Christophe's passion for coffee growing and roasting, through the rigorous selection of fine, fresh green coffees, harvested and sorted by hand on farms and estates at altitude.

Visits all year round by appointment on Fridays from 2pm to 5pm (no appointment necessary in July and August).
