Welcome to the Brûlerie de Pornic: quality artisan roasters! 

La Brûlerie de Pornic is an artisan coffee roasting business located in the town of Pornic, in the Loire-Atlantique region. It is run by Sandrine and Christophe, two artisan coffee roasters who decided to set up their own business to share their love of coffee with others. Sandrine and Christophe master the slow, traditional roasting of new-harvest coffees from high-altitude coffee-growing estates, rated as exceptional by the SCA (the world body that rates the best coffees in the world).
La Brûlerie de Pornic offers a wide range of coffees from different regions of the world. The coffees come from organic or sustainable farming, carefully selected for their quality and taste. They are then hand-roasted in a small traditional oven, preserving their natural flavours.
La Brûlerie de Pornic also offers a range of teas, as well as coffee and tea accessories.

La Brûlerie de Pornic is a company committed to quality and respect for the environment. The workshop is certified fair trade SPP (small farmer producers) and organic.
The company also works in partnership with local producers to support the local economy.

If you're a coffee lover, La Brûlerie de Pornic is well worth a visit. Christophe and Sandrine offer tours of the factory all year round:
  • Fridays from 2pm to 5pm, by appointment 
  • in July and August, no appointment necessary 
During the tour, you can learn about the different stages of coffee roasting and taste some of the coffees produced by the Brûlerie.


La Brûlerie de Pornic is one of the local producers of Pornic presented by the Destination Pornic Tourist Office.
