The Rucher de la Fontaine au Miel produces high-quality local honey, harvested with care, passion and expertise.

With 500 hives within a 30km radius of Pornic, the Rucher de la Fontaine au Miel at the Ferme des Brissets produces exceptional flower honey.

Throughout the year, 4 to 6 varieties of honey are harvested by Romain and Gaëlle, passionate beekeepers.

The honey is cold-crystallized at the honey house, then jarred at the farm and sold exclusively through short distribution channels.

The products of the Rucher de la Fontaine au Miel :

"Fleurs de printemps" honey, a succulent, fruity honey.
"Fleurs d'été" honey, a tasty honey with summery tones.
"Fleurs d'été et de sarrazin" honey, an original, gourmet honey.
"Fleurs de printemps et aubénpine" honey, a fragrant, tangy honey.

The farm also offers other products derived from honey, such as pollen, royal jelly and beeswax.

Where can you find honey from the Rucher de la Fontaine au Miel?

Directly from the producer's shop at La Fontaine des Brissets in Pornic, on Fridays from 5pm to 7pm.
All year round, in the 7 Tourist Offices (Villeneuve, Les Moutiers, La Bernerie, Pornic, Saint-Michel, Préfailles and La Plaine).
