A family-run biscuit factory since 1905, creating delicacies for young and old alike and always using quality products... Welcome to the Atelier St-Michel  shop !

Once upon a time in Saint-Michel Chef-Chef, in the heart of the Pays de Retz in Upper Brittany, there was a master pastry chef called Joseph Grellier. He had the secret recipe for a round, crunchy, golden galette. His wife, Constance, came up with the idea of selling these succulent galettes during the summer to "the pretty ladies" of Paris. With growing success, Joseph opened his first bakery-pastry shop in the centre of Saint-Michel-Chef and it's still here today that you can enjoy them !

But that's not all ! There are many other delicacies on offer in the shop :
  • over 200 references of biscuits and cakes
  • local specialities produced in Pays de Retz
  • hot madeleines from Saint-Michel Café....
 
L'Atelier St Michel is one of the local producers of Saint-Michel Chef Chef presented by the Tourist Office Destination Pornic.
