Take part in the 36th Foulées Micheloises in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef!
This annual sporting event, renowned in the world of running, is inviting you to take on a new challenge once again!

If you're not already familiar with this race, you should know that it takes place on a picturesque course that's one-third road, one-third track and one-third beach. So you can enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding countryside while doing some sport!

There are two races to choose from, attracting both experienced athletes and the more modest sportsmen and women. Depending on your level of fitness, you can choose between a 5 km or 10.2 km race... There's also a special ‘galopades’ race for children!

 There are 5 good reasons to take part in this race:
  •     you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere thanks to the organisers
  •     you can meet other runners and share your passion for running
  •     original prizes including galettes St-Michel equivalent to the weight of the winner and numerous trophies and awards for all participants
  •     an ethical partnership: the Foulées Micheloises supports a local charity that gets €1 back for each entry
  •     a unique experience: the Foulées Micheloises are a unique opportunity to discover Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef and the surrounding area while getting some exercise. You can enjoy the fresh sea air and the natural beauty of the region.


   3 races on the programme
The CJAC hopes that many athletes of all ages and abilities will flock from all over France to take part in this new edition of the 3 Michel races:
  •     2 galopades for children at 11.20am and 11.30am
  •     5 km at 9.15 am
  •     10.2 km at 10am

Whatever the event, it's clear that there's plenty to enjoy at Saint-Michel: the friendly atmosphere is much sought-after, the surfaces are varied, the breathtaking views over the Loire estuary and the ocean are appreciated, and the climb up the stairs is dreaded...
The first mini-loop stretches the peloton, the second allows you to get to grips with the difficulties of the course without losing your footing, and the last offers you the chance to let loose, to manage the slower times to better finish on a high point and keep a positive image of your MICHELO escapade.
