Gain an intimate insight into the lives of Clara and Robert Schumann through a rare and prestigious literary and musical concert at the Casino de la Ria.

This unique performance transports you to the heart of a romantic 19th-century drawing room:

• Julie Depardieu (narrator) brings the couple’s romantic correspondence and life to life, voicing the letters exchanged between Robert, Clara and, on occasion, Johannes Brahms.
• Delphine Haidan (mezzo-soprano) and Dana Ciocarlie (piano) take turns performing poignant melodies and piano pieces, interwoven with the texts.
