Louise, exceptional artisanal ice creams.

Set up in 2023 on the quays of Pornic's old port, Louise is an artisanal ice cream producer based in Lézignan-Corbières in the Aude department. It was set up in 2015 by two ice cream enthusiasts, Mathieu and Olivier.

The company uses quality ingredients, rigorously selected, to make tasty, authentic ice creams. The milk is supplied by the Marg'Aude farm, located near the production facility. The fruit is fresh and in season, and the flavours are natural.

Louise ice creams are made using an artisanal process that respects the traditional stages of production. The milk is pasteurised, then mixed with the other ingredients before being placed in an ice-cream maker. The ice creams are then whipped to obtain a smooth, creamy texture.

 Louise's range of ice creams is varied, with both classic and more original flavours.
There are :
  • classic flavours such as vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and pistachio,
  • more daring flavours, such as salted butter caramel, violet, peanut, lead.
At Louise, you can also enjoy milkshakes, smoothies, macaroons, crêpes and waffles, as well as ice cream logs for the festive season! 

Louise is one of the gourmet shops in Pornic featured by the Destination Pornic Tourist Office.
