Presentation

The Bois des Tréans gite, a former farmhouse completely renovated in 2017, is located close to the beaches of the Atlantic coast and the centre of Les Moutiers-en-Retz (less than 2 km away). It is ideally located just 10 minutes from Pornic.
A large gite set in one hectare of parkland, ideal for a holiday with family or friends, where you can relax in a lush green setting. It's also ideal for family celebrations and get-togethers: everything has been thought of at the Bois des Tréans gite to ensure peace and quiet for everyone, while still offering plenty of living space.

Céline and Anthony welcome you to their spacious gîte, with its warm atmosphere and combination of stone and industrial style, where you can get together with family or friends.

Large single-storey house comprising :
  • 3 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm)
  • 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 190cm)
  • 1 very large dormitory room with 7 single beds (80 x 190 cm)
  • 3 bathrooms, including 1 accessible to people with reduced mobility, equipped with either a shower or a bathtub
  • 3 WCs, 2 of which are separate
  • 1 laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped for guest comfort: 2 fridges, maxi oven, dishwasher, microwave, maxi induction hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.

The glass roof in the kitchen opens onto a very spacious lounge and dining room. In winter, spend a cosy evening on the huge sofa by the fire!
The living room is ideal for large gatherings, and opens onto two large south-facing terraces, one where you can sit around the table in the sun, the other where you can relax by the pool.

The swimming pool (10m x 5m) is equipped with a dome so you can take full advantage of it for swimming or playing.

The house is surrounded by 3,000m² of pretty wooded grounds that adults and children alike will love: zip-line, outdoor play structure, etc.

For your convenience, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
