   What’s on

Come and celebrate the arrival of the new harvest of organic oyster and shiitake mushrooms from Éco-Domaine La Fontaine during a convivial and gourmet afternoon:

  • Tours of the mushroom farm: discover the secrets of growing oyster and shiitake mushrooms
  • Cookery workshops: learn how to cook and make the most of these mushrooms at home
  • Tastings: sample them in all their forms
  • On-site sales: take home your fresh or dried mushrooms

  • Price: free entry
  • Please note: you can also find the Éco-Domaine’s organic mushrooms all year round in dried form at the shop (open daily from 9am to 9pm), fresh at the Clion-sur-Mer AMAP, as well as at the Éco-Domaine restaurant and at ‘Le 21’ in Pornic
