Presentation

A day dedicated to women's health and well-being, as part of the “In March, Pornic puts women in the spotlight” initiative  
The Pornic Social Center is opening its doors for a day dedicated to women's well-being and health. Organized by the CCAS, this free event offers a welcoming space to break taboos and find concrete solutions based on three pillars:
  • Serenity & Mental Load: Yoga and sophrology workshops, participatory wall, and advice on how to lighten your daily load  
  • Menopause: Open discussions with healthcare professionals (nurses, midwives) and nutritional advice.
  • Energy & Sport: Adapted sports workshops (pregnancy, postpartum) and an introduction to self-defense with the Municipal Police.
 Practical information:

  • Free admission
