Treat yourself to a wellness break in the heart of nature. Make the most of your holiday in Pornic to reconnect your body and mind during an outdoor Hatha Yoga session. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular practitioner, these classes are designed to suit all levels.

The session, lasting 1½ hours, focuses on balance and self-awareness. On the programme:

Postures (Asanas): a comprehensive focus on alignment and fluidity
Breathing (Pranayama): techniques to calm the mind and revitalise the body
Meditation and relaxation: a moment of deep calm, rounded off with a soothing mini sound bath
