Since May 2024, Pornic has boasted a new sweet gem: the Pâtisserie Paris-Pornic. Orchestrated by the talented Julien Morlighem, this exquisite address invites gourmets on an unforgettable gustatory journey.

 Julien Morlighem: a pastry maestro
A true virtuoso of flavours, Julien Morlighem is no novice in the world of sweet treats. Drawing on the experience he has acquired with some of the great names in French pastry-making (with Pierre Gagnaire, then chef at Cyril Lignac and coached by Christophe Adam), he infuses his creations with boundless creativity and unrivalled technique. His passion for local produce and attention to detail turn each pastry into a tasty work of art.

Claire Morlighem embodies a passion for welcoming and sharing as Associate Director of the Paris-Pornic patisserie. With a wealth of experience gained in some of Paris's most renowned establishments, Claire uses her expertise in service and hospitality to ensure that every customer feels privileged and warmly welcomed.
