Presentation

La Faïencerie de Pornic: a precious heritage and unique expertise.
Founded in 1947, La Faïencerie de Pornic continues a 3-century-old tradition. This family-run business is still one of the last French manufacturers to hand-paint and specialises in personalised products.

Its flagship product, renowned throughout France, is the famous "Petits Bretons" bowl. 


 Visit La Faïencerie de Pornic
The Faïencerie opens its doors every Thursday at 2.30pm for a guided tour of the workshops (additional tour at 3pm in summer). This is your chance to find out more about the history of this Pornic-based company, the different stages of production and to see the decorators at work.
Booking is compulsory and can only be made by telephone.
After the visit, you can take a stroll through the 600m² factory shop and leave with a lovely souvenir gift.


 Would you like to try your hand at painting?
La Faïencerie offers workshops entitled "Come and paint your plate like an earthenware decorator". Create your own unique souvenir  
Give free rein to your imagination and decorate a vase, plate or other earthenware object. A moment of relaxation and creativity for all, young and old.
The workshop is open to everyone (from 5 years upwards) and is available all year round by prior arrangement.
