Gestalt therapy:
Gestalt therapy is based on the search for meaning in an experienced situation, on the exploration of incessant exchanges with what surrounds us, and on the discovery of other ways of being in the world. In response to these experiences, Gestalt offers an alternative to adaptation, proposing a creative adjustment to the environment, taking into account oneself and the environment. Gestalt therefore develops a sense of responsibility and autonomy, and rehabilitates emotional feelings, which are all too often censored by Western culture. It is a therapy in which the therapist becomes involved, shares, reformulates, participates and connects with the patient.
