Hatha Yoga classes and sound baths with Ritama, certified Yoga Alliance yoga teacher.

Hatha yoga aims to master the mind and find inner calm through bodywork, mantras, breathing, meditation and mudras. In this way, it promotes physical, psychological and spiritual health.

Ritama takes you to India through traditional yoga. She adapts her classes to suit all levels, with each asana offered at a different intensity in harmony with the body's needs.

This can also help you :

discover the asanas that are best suited to your body,
guide you towards regular practice,
learn more about the culture of yoga
help you work on breathing techniques by distinguishing between prāṇa vyāyāmas (active breathing exercises) and prāṇāyāma (slowed breathing accompanied by breath retentions).

Sound baths:
Ritama also practices 2-hour individual or group sound baths using her Tibetan and crystal bowls (40) and gongs (5), quartz pyramids, crystalline xylophones, chimes, hang drum, harmonium, shrutibox and other instruments that plunge you into an incredible inner journey to recharge your batteries and let go.

Where do the classes take place?

Face-to-face classes in Pornic: Gourmalon in Ritama's studio, at private homes, in gardens and on beaches depending on the weather. Please contact Ritama for a 1st lesson.
Home classes: Ritama, a former nurse, coach and holistic therapist, also gives private yoga classes at home for personal coaching.
In-company classes all over France in small groups. Available on mats or chairs.

Practical information :

Classes are also paid per session, there is no compulsory annual package.
Register on the Ritama Yoga facebook group if you're really interested in joining other yogis (otherwise, don't join as the group remains private).

Trained in France and India, Ritama has been practising yoga since childhood. A professional dancer, she loves to combine beauty, aesthetics and honouring her body with every practice.
