La Cormorane opens its doors to you all year round on a magnificent 3km stretch of fine sandy beach in the heart of the seaside resort of Tharon-Plage in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef.

Whether you're a keen sailor or just want to discover the world of water sports, whatever your level, you'll find something to suit you from among a host of activities, each more entertaining than the last, such as RS 14 and RS 16 catamarans, hobie cat...
The Centre Nautique de la Cormorane offers a range of activities to suit all levels. There are plenty of courses on offer, so don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

With 2 hulls, 2 sails and 1 trampoline, catamarans are a fun way to enjoy sailing, and offer unforgettable sensations for all ages ! Just for you: catamaran, Hobie Catsy & Newcat 12
  • From 8 years: Catsy from 8 to 9 years, NewCat from 10 to 12 years. The first step for the little ones, a small catamaran that's safe and secure, so the youngest can have fun in complete safety.
  • Catamaran RS 14: from 12 to 15 years old, a discovery of speed and gliding sensations for teenagers and adults.
  • Catamaran RS 16: from 15 years old to adults, perfecting your skills, gliding and pure speed.

4 or 5-day courses are available for everyone from the age of 8. These courses are a great way for beginners to discover a new activity, and for more experienced sailors to improve and progress, while having a great time together.

We advise you to book as soon as possible to make sure you can enjoy the sessions in the sunshine of the Côte de Jade. You can also take private lessons with an instructor for one or two hours.

The little extra : Depending on availability, you can hire full wetsuits and shorties.
