  • Whether you're a lover of tradition or curious about new things, you'll love these warm rolls that you can fill with whatever you like. This year, discover the new 2026: the “matchstick” format, ideal for dipping in your sauces at aperitif time!
  • To complete your basket, Thierry also offers his essential homemade jams and caramels. An authentic event not to be missed for gourmets in Pornic.

  • Opening hours: 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Prices: €6 per batch (choice of: 8 large, 16 medium, 32 small, or equivalent in “matchsticks”)
