Are you up for the challenge? The Jade Coast swimrun: swimming alongside Pornic Castle is the big new feature of this 2026 edition! Encouragement guaranteed from walkers on the footbridge. 
 On the program  

Dive into adventure with the 4th edition of the Pornic Swimrun! This year, the event is back with shorter, more accessible distances, while retaining its prestigious setting. Starting from the Château de Pornic, come and challenge the elements by alternating between swimming and running along our wild coastline.

There are two race formats to choose from:
  • Distance S (10 km): Ideal for a first experience or an explosive race. To be completed solo or in pairs. (7 swimming segments and 7 running segments).
  • Distance M (21 km): An endurance challenge in the heart of the Jade Coast, exclusively reserved for pairs. (11 swimming segments and 11 running segments).


Whether you are a competitive athlete or a lover of outdoor challenges, come and enjoy a unique sporting experience between land and sea!
 Practical information
  • Location: Race number collection and start at the foot of Pornic Castle.
  • Start times:
    • M distance: 2:00 p.m.
    • S distance: 2:15 p.m.
  • Refreshments & Safety:
    • S format: 2 full refreshment stations and first aid (km 3.4 and 6.6).
    • M format: 5 full refreshment stations and first aid (km 3.4 / 6.6 / 10.9 / 14.7 and 17.2).
  • Terms and conditions: Registration in pairs according to the chosen distance. Registration for the solo course is no longer possible - full
