Presentation

 Based on a book for young children, Magali offers a journey combining yoga, breathing, singing, storytelling and relaxation.
Magali offers a fun and interactive yoga session specially designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years!

 Using a book for young children, children and their parents are invited to:
  •     Discover yoga poses in a simple way.
  •     Play with their breathing.
  •     Enjoy a moment punctuated by discovery, storytelling, songs and mimed songs.

The session ends with a moment of relaxation for a gentle return to calm.
