La Brûlerie de Pornic has earned a solid reputation for the quality of its coffees sourced from state-owned farms, home to the finest grand cru varieties, with an SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) rating of over 83/100, representing only 5% of the world's coffee harvest.

La Brûlerie de Pornic is a member of the SPP (Small Producer Certified) association and the workshop is certified organic (Certipaq Bio).
Artisan roasters Sandrine and Christophe are trained and qualified in the art of gentle, artisanal, and traditional roasting.
This method releases all the aromas to produce naturally sweet coffees that are rich in amino acids and lower in caffeine. They are known as healthy coffees.
