Presentation

Wild plants discovery workshop Amateurs of plants and natural preparations for your health, come and discover wild plants. Meet at the ecofolies farm in Sainte-Pazanne  
  The workshop programme is an educational activity where participants learn how to identify, harvest and use wild plants for various applications, such as food, medicine or handicrafts. These workshops are generally led by experts in botany or ethnobotany.

Workshop objectives:
  •  plant identification: To teach participants how to recognise and differentiate between edible and medicinal wild plants.
  •  Respect for nature: To make participants aware of the importance of preserving ecosystems and good harvesting practices.
  • Practical use: To learn about the different uses of wild plants, such as preparing dishes, making natural remedies or cosmetic products.
  • Experimentation: Enabling participants to put their knowledge into practice by making plant-based preparations, such as herbal teas, balms or meals.
  • Further exploration: Offering resources and advice on how to continue exploring wild plants independently.

This workshop will be led by Daniel.

Course of the workshop:
  •  picking in the field or by the sea, depending on the date of the workshop
  •  cooking
  •  tasting
