  What's on the agenda

Immerse yourself completely in the heart of the vineyard and step into the shoes of a winemaker during an exclusive workshop with Arnaud.
  • Exploring permaculture: Begin with a visual and sensory tasting during a tour of the estate. Arnaud will share the secrets of his ecosystem, where vines, flowers, and aromatic plants coexist in harmony under the influence of the maritime climate.
  • Wake up your palate: Time to taste the estate’s white wines. Learn to decipher the aromas, textures, and nuances unique to this terroir   
  • Blending Workshop: It’s time to create! Using test tubes, experiment with different combinations of Chenin and Grolleau Gris. Measure, mix, and find the perfect balance that suits your taste.
  • Bottling: Once you’ve defined your “signature cuvée,” get to work: filling, corking, and labeling your own bottle.


You’ll leave with your personalized creation, ready to be tasted and to tell your own wine story!
